Visiting and signing in
Hosting providers process technical request data to deliver and secure this site. Signing in with ChatGPT supplies a site-specific user identifier, email address and, if available, display name. These identify your studio session and enforce access. Public pages can be viewed without signing in. We do not add advertising trackers or use your information for automated eligibility decisions.
Project information
The studio stores briefs, files, drafts, revision notes and delivery status. Access is checked on the server: a client can access their own projects and the studio operator can access projects to carry out the service. Public access to this website does not make project records public.
Service providers
The site uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure for pages, sign-in, database and file storage. When the operator starts AI drafting, supplied source text is sent to the connected OpenAI API. The request disables storage of a retrievable API response; provider security and retention rules still apply. AI processing requires the consent recorded in the brief. Files marked reference-only are stored but are not automatically read by the drafting service.
Mollie processes test checkout and payment identifiers. The studio does not collect card numbers. Real customer checkout remains closed. Service providers may process data internationally under their applicable agreements; data location and transfer arrangements must be confirmed before client production opens.
Purpose and retention
We use session information to provide requested access and technical data for the legitimate purpose of operating and protecting the site. Email enquiries are used to answer the request. Operator test records are retained while the relevant production and payment checks are being investigated; they contain fictional project content. The operator reviews their continued need before opening customer intake. Hosting, authentication and payment providers apply their own retention rules. Final customer retention periods and processing terms will be published before client briefs are accepted.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing. You can withdraw consent for future AI processing; this does not undo processing already performed. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
