Project enquiries

The public pages show services and fictional examples. You can submit a project enquiry without signing in. The form stores your name, email address and any organisation, deadline, report link or message you choose to supply. The studio operator can view these records in a private inbox and respond to your request. An enquiry does not create an order or subscribe you to marketing. We use a daily hash of the request IP address to limit repeated submissions; the raw IP address is not stored in the enquiry record. Saving a project brief does not start production or create a payment obligation. Please do not submit sensitive personal records. The operator uses fictional source material to test production.

Visiting and signing in

Hosting providers process technical request data to deliver and secure this site. Signing in with ChatGPT supplies a site-specific user identifier, email address and, if available, display name. These identify your studio session and enforce access. Public pages can be viewed without signing in. We do not load third-party advertising scripts or use your information for automated eligibility decisions. If you explicitly allow optional advertising measurement, this tab stores the ad click reference, campaign parameters, page path and consent time in session storage for up to 30 days, or until the tab session ends or you withdraw. Without that choice, we do not store those references for measurement. You can use the enquiry form and studio without allowing measurement. Consented references accompany an enquiry or new brief you submit, so the studio can compare campaign costs with verified first orders. They are client-provided references, not independently verified Google data. They are not currently sent to Google. Local withdrawal stops future use from this tab; contact us to remove references already submitted. Enquiry references follow the enquiry retention period; any linked project retention is agreed before ordering.

Project information

The studio stores briefs, files, drafts, revision notes and delivery status. Access is checked on the server: a client can access their own projects and the studio operator can access projects to carry out the service. Public access to this website does not make project records public.

Service providers

The site uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure for pages, sign-in, database and file storage. When the operator starts AI drafting, supplied source text is sent to the connected OpenAI API. The request disables storage of a retrievable API response; provider security and retention rules still apply. AI processing requires the consent recorded in the brief. Files marked reference-only are stored but are not automatically read by the drafting service.

Mollie processes checkout and payment identifiers. The studio does not collect card numbers. Service providers may process data internationally under their applicable agreements; data location and transfer arrangements must be confirmed before the relevant client production begins.

Purpose and retention

We use session information to provide requested access and technical data for the legitimate purpose of operating and protecting the site. Form and email enquiries are used to answer your request and discuss a possible service. Form enquiries are stored in the site database through the hosting providers described above; submitting an enquiry does not start AI drafting. Operator test records are retained while the relevant production and payment checks are being investigated; they contain fictional project content. The operator reviews their continued need. Hosting, authentication and payment providers apply their own retention rules. Our retention period for enquiries that do not lead to a project is 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless records are needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal duty. Form records expire after 12 months from submission or a recorded status update. Expired form records are removed when the enquiry service next handles a submission or the studio opens its inbox. We also act on valid deletion requests. Before accepting a paid project, we confirm the applicable project retention period and any necessary processing agreement in the order confirmation. If your project requires a separate data processing agreement, it must be in place before you supply the relevant personal data.

Your choices and rights

Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing. You can withdraw consent for future AI processing; this does not undo processing already performed. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
