We review the copy, data, brand assets and image rights. You receive the confirmed scope, total price, terms and delivery date before ordering.

We shape the narrative, layout and charts, then check the work against your approved material. You approve facts and send two consolidated rounds of feedback.

After a final human review, your PDF, editable HTML layout, Word manuscript and chart data are delivered digitally. Nothing is published on your behalf.
BEFORE WE START
A few useful details.
What do we need to supply?
Approved report copy, labelled data tables, your logo and brand guidance, and images you have permission to use. We can help organise existing material; original field research and auditing are outside the package.
How long does a report take?
We confirm a specific schedule after reviewing your material and our availability. The agreed schedule starts after the required inputs are complete and the order is accepted. We do not promise a deadline before checking the brief.
What can we edit afterwards?
You receive an editable HTML publication layout, a Word manuscript and the chart data. The Word file is for editing the text; it does not reproduce the designed PDF page for page. The package does not include an InDesign, Canva or PowerPoint source file. The examples include HTML and their fictional data.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated set of feedback on the agreed report: copy corrections, layout adjustments and chart presentation. Two rounds are included. Errors in our work against your approved source material are corrected without using a revision round. Additional pages, a new direction or newly supplied content are quoted separately before work begins.
How do you check the finished report?
We review the text against your approved material, check figures and calculations against the supplied data, and check chart labels, source references and page layout. We flag missing or conflicting information for your clarification. You approve the underlying facts; our work is not an independent audit or impact verification.
